Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading and managing a retail or trade store, with the ability to motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding results.
- Hands-on knowledge of multi-network operations, sales, wholesale, or workshop management is highly desirable.
- Strong focus on workplace safety and a commitment to maintaining the safest environment for your team and customers.
- Exceptional communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset to build strong customer relationships and deliver “moments that matter.”
- Valid driver’s license and sound computer skills are required.
